We’re kicking up some dust and finding our zen with the funkiest, cutest fitness fusion to ever hit the pasture: Cowgirl Goat Yoga!This isn't your average "om" in a quiet room—this is a full-blown farm fiesta. Imagine finding your flow while a herd of tiny, free-roaming baby goats—all decked out in their finest miniature cowboy gear—bounce around you. Whether they’re “helping” with your downward dog or staged a little rooftop rodeo by jumping on your back, these little outlaws are guaranteed to steal your heart (and maybe a nibble of your hair).
The Lowdown
We’re bringing the spirit of the West to your workout. To help you get into character, we’ll have cowboy hats and accessories ready for you to rock during the session. It’s officially the best, most "Instagrammable" workout you’ll ever take.
But wait—there’s more! To make things even sweeter, keep your eyes peeled for guest appearances from our baby mini cows who will be stopping by to say "howdy" before and after the class.
What’s Included: $40 per person
• 1-Hour Cowgirl Yoga Class: Led by our groovy instructor and assisted by our free-roaming cowboy goats.
• The Cowboy Glow-Up: Access to our stash of cowgirl accessories and hats to wear during your session.
• Post-Workout Grazing: After you’ve found your center, stay a while! You’re invited to walk the farm and meet the rest of our furry "Cowabunga Crew.
• Unlimited Outlaw Feed Cup: Upgrade to add a unlimited feed cup for during your yoga class, and your Post Work Out Grazing for only $20 additional
