WOMEN[S]PACE are creating a community centring all things women's health. Our aim is to make engaging in a healthy lifestyle easier through educational, wellness and fitness events. We especially target supporting women experincing the often overlooked gynaecological conditions (PCOS, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Hormonal imbalance, etc) through our themed events; which in turn benefit all women!

Join us in our collaboration with Rii Fitness this PCOS awareness month at 'Dance & Gist' aka 'D&G' sponsored by GirlDreamer, at our first of many fitness sessions. We'll break a sweat by dancing to some of your favourite genres (including dancehall, soca, afrobeats & reggae) and end the session with an intimate indoor picnic. Food will be included in the ticket price, and during the picnic we'll gist on all things womens health, including raising awareness on PCOS in accordance with the theme of the month!

Rii Fitness: Ria, known as “Rii Fitness,” is a fitness instructor and PCOS coach who turned her personal journey with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) into a mission to support other women. Ria's experience with PCOS included facing challenges like irregular periods, difficulty losing weight, and diminished self-confidence.
