About this Event
✨ Join us for Dance 2 Soul: A Valentine’s Love Weekend Experience ✨
🗓️ February 15, 2025 | 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM
This Valentine’s Love Weekend, immerse yourself in a transformative evening of movement, presence, and self-expression at Dance 2 Soul. We begin with a 1-hour guided Osho Dance session, where you will center your energy, followed by hours of embodied dance, moving beyond the mind and flowing with the natural rhythm of your body. 🌟
💖 Connect with your creative energy and dissolve into a pure state of observation, where mind and body align. Guided by soulful beats, you’ll expand into your fullest expression, moving freely with the sounds that resonate deeply with your soul. 🌸
This experience is about more than just dancing—it’s a journey into deep presence, inner peace, and the embodiment of love in its truest form. 🙏 We’ll practice an active centering meditation, inspired by Sufi techniques and Osho, that uses breath and coordinated body movements followed by whirling. This will center your energy in the hara (life energy center), where you’ll observe your mind, allowing your body to move in all directions while remaining grounded. 💫
Supported by OSHO No-Dimensions Meditation music, each stage of this practice is designed to energetically guide and deepen your experience. 🎶
Then, we’ll flow into embodied dance with DJ Joshivamatha, as soulful beats elevate the vibe and guide you through an evening of freedom, love, and joy. 🌈
✨ Come dance, feel, and embrace the transformative power of presence and love with us. Connect with your soul, others, and the universal rhythm that connects us all.

Dance 2 Soul—we invite participants to immerse themselves in a unique, multi-dimensional experience. Beginning with a one-hour guided Osho dance session, we flow into hours of embodied dance, weaving through movement with less mind and a lighter heart, tapping into a natural rhythm of embodiment. The purpose is to connect each individual to the creativity and expression within, dissolving into a pure state of observation, where mind and body align. Guided by soulful music, participants expand into their fullest expression, moving freely with the sounds that resonate with their soul. Join us to explore the power of presence, inner peace, and embodied expression on this transformative path.
This active centering meditation is based on Sufi techniques, further developed and expanded by Osho. Using the breath and a series of coordinated body movements followed by whirling, your energy becomes centered in the hara, the “life energy” center below the navel. From there you can watch the mind and experience awareness and wholeness – the body moving in all directions, the center unmoving. The meditation is to be done with its specific OSHO No-Dimensions Meditation music, which indicates and energetically supports the different stages.
The Trimurti: Music, Mathematics, and Meditation
- Music: Osho believed that music has a transformative power, an intuitive gateway to silence and meditation. Integrating music into the website could involve:
- Background Soundscapes: Meditative soundtracks designed to guide users into states of mindfulness.
- Interactive Music Therapy Sections: Allow users to engage with sound frequencies or curated music sessions, deepening their meditative state.
- Mathematics: For Osho, mathematics wasn't just about numbers but a method of cosmic harmony and order. The precision in numbers parallels the inner harmony of meditation:
- Sacred Geometry Themes: Use visual design elements that reflect sacred geometry (like the flower of life or the golden ratio) to symbolize spiritual precision and harmony.
- Numerology Insights: Offer a numerology calculator or guide as part of the design to link personal experiences with cosmic order.
- Meditation: Central to Osho’s teachings, meditation is not only silence but active engagement with life.
- Meditation Techniques: Include guided sessions for dynamic meditation, kundalini meditation, and the art of witnessing. A section could guide users on various stages of self-awareness.
2. The Art of Living: A Caravan of Love
- Community Focus: Osho emphasized life as a celebration of love and joy shared with others. Design the website as a virtual community or caravan, offering:
- Forums or Group Meditation Spaces: Where users can connect, share experiences, and feel part of a global community.
- Workshops on Love & Compassion: Guide users through interactive courses or events, reflecting his vision of human interconnectedness.
3. Mental Stability: Reversing Blockages with Movement and Meditation
- Body-Mind Healing: Osho’s methods often combine movement (like his dynamic meditation) with mental clarity.
- Interactive Movement Guides: Include visual tutorials or animations demonstrating Osho’s movement-based meditations, focusing on releasing energy blockages.
- Mind-Body Balance: A feature that tracks users’ progress in maintaining mental balance through movement and meditation could be incorporated.
4. The Art of Silence and Samadhi
- Silence: For Osho, silence is the doorway to the deeper layers of the self.
- Stillness Sections: Design segments of the website to emphasize calm, with minimalist visuals and quotes that invite users to pause and reflect.
- Samadhi Meditation Techniques: Share instructions for reaching states of samadhi, focusing on the ultimate unity of being.
5. The Art of Witnessing
- Mindful Observation: Witnessing thoughts without attachment is a key practice in Osho’s philosophy.
- Self-Witnessing Tools: A daily journal feature where users can track their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, encouraging reflection and witnessing.
- Meditative Prompts: Offer meditation cues or prompts that guide users toward becoming the silent witness to their mind.
6. Self-Hypnosis: Connecting Thoughts, Good Self-Talk, and Observing the Mind as a Master
- Self-Hypnosis Techniques: Osho taught that we could use positive thought patterns to hypnotize ourselves into better mental states.
- Hypnosis Sessions: Provide recorded or live self-hypnosis sessions, guiding users to reframe their thoughts and build healthy self-talk patterns.
- Mastering the Mind: Include guides or short exercises on how to consciously reprogram negative thinking into constructive patterns, emphasizing awareness and mastery over the mind.
