Each full moon of 2025 is devoted to a distinctive theme, deeply connected to nature and our environment, offering a deep connection to the cycles of the season.

Our intimate dinners, limited to just 12 participants, offer a holistic plant-based multiple-course dining experience combined with inward reflection and meditations, thoughtfully curated in collaboration with local artisans and practicioners.

March's full moon in virgo carries themes of clarity, healing, organization, and grounding. Virgo, an earth sign ruled by mercury, is associated with precision, practicality, and self-improvement. As the virgo full moon is ideal for letting go of over-analysis, perfectionism, or unhealthy routines we will focus on embracing a more balanced, mindful approach to rest and self-care.
