Join us in The Common every other Wednesday at 6pm for a grounding yoga flow. This is an all-levels 45-minute class incorporating a fun and uplifting vinyasa flow, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed for whatever the rest of your day brings. All you'll need is a mat, a bottle of water, and any props that will help you during your practice.
