Guided meditations, talks and Q and A. Each week a different practical talk from Buddhist philosophy and meditation. Suitable for everyone. No experience necessary - everyone is welcome! Drop in for one class or attend the whole series. Taught by Kadampa Buddhist nun Gen Norden. It is recommended to book online, but you can also just show up. £7. Concessions available.Gen Norden is the Resident Teacher of Compassion Kadampa Meditation Centre, and has been teaching Buddhism and meditation internationally for over 30 years.
