Meditative Sound Journey: Nurturing Body-Heart-Mind CoherenceJoin us for a beautiful meditative sound journey designed to nurture body-heart-mind coherence. This experience combines time-honoured sacred instruments, powerful self-actualising visualisations, and gentle breathwork elements to encourage a deep state of conscious relaxation and harmony.
Intention and Connection with the Breath:
We will begin with gentle yet powerful grounding breath elements, accompanied by meditative soundscapes. This initial phase helps us set our intention and prepare for the journey ahead.
Tuning into Relaxation:
The journey then unfolds with the soothing sounds, vibrations and frequencies of many time honoured sacred instruments including 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Handpan, Gong, Ocean Drum, Shamanic Drumming, Shruti Box, Koshi Chimes, Tambura, Flow Chimes, Native American Flutes, and soft, channeled mantra Vocals. These wondrous instruments aim to nurture and promote a deep state of conscious relaxation, balance and harmony in the body, heart and mind.
Guided Self-Actualising Visualisations:
As you immerse yourself in this harmonious soundscape, you will be guided through gentle, yet powerful self-actualising visualisations. The sounds, vibrations and frequencies of these beautiful idiophone and overtone-emitting instruments will enrich the imagery, fostering a deep connection and coherence between body, heart, and mind.
Closing with Grounding & Balance:
We will conclude the session with gentle but grounding breathwork elements and a harmonious blend of sound, leaving you centred and at peace, with an enhanced sense of balance and connection to body, heart and mind.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat - To lie on and get comfy
Pillow and/or Cushion - To rest your head on. You may want to bring a second cushion to bolster under your knees but not essential.
Blanket or two - To keep nice and cosy.
What to Wear - Loose and comfortable clothing.
Eye Mask (Optional) - Some people feel the added darkness adds to the experience.
Please be aware of the following contraindications:
People with Sound induced Epilepsy
Pregnancy in the first trimester.
Pregnancy in the second or third trimester - please consult your health care provider prior to participating.
The following people should also consult their doctor before attending and inform me before the first session.
People with a pacemaker, artificial heart or valves.
People with carotid stenosis.
People with stent to shunt.
People with a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)

Please arrive 5 minutes before start time.
Sessions start exactly on time and if late you may not be able to access the group so not to disrupt the experience of those already there. Please also note, no refunds will be offered for missing the session due to lateness.
Suitable for age 12-adults.
