Are you interested in trying yoga for the first time? Or returning after a break? Or maybe you’ve tried yoga before, but found it hard to follow? This five-week beginners' course will focus on building confidence in key yoga poses and sequences, with adaptations to suit your body. We will also explore some different styles of yoga and delve into a little yoga philosophy. Hopefully, by the end of the course you’ll know your downward dog from your cobra, and will feel confident enough to join a regular class.£45 for the full course.
