Sunrise Surrender 9th of November

Together we will hold you through a grounding meditation to set your intentions for the morning ahead, this will lead to a gentle asana practice based on the Hatha yoga tradition, which in itself is a complete spiritual practice utilising ancient Vedic wisdom to surrender to the solar energy. We will then begin to connect deeply with mother Gaia amongst the swell of the sea with a deep breathwork practice for a greater release and altered states of conciseness. We will close the ceremony with an optional sea dip to truly let go of what does not serve you as we shift our energies into the winter months. Hot organic tea and oats will be served around the sharing fire to end to morning before continuing your day with renewed energy 🔥
