The CT OEC Parent Cabinet's Wellness, Engagement, Lasting Leadership (W.E.L.L.) Subcommittee invites families to a supportive and engaging Family Check-In. This small conversation is designed to create a safe space for adult conversation among parents and caregivers.
What to Expect:
- An adult conversation about what matters most.
- Guided mindfulness activity for parents and caregivers
- Child care provided if needed for children ages 3 and older.
- Spanish interpretation services available
- Light refreshments offered
By completing registration, you give permission to administer basic first aid if needed, ensuring safety for all.
