Crystal Sound Bowl Healing - Self Reflection

Crystal Bowl Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice that uses powerful resonance and vibrations produced by singing bowls. Made from pure quartz crystal the beautiful tones emitted may help release muscle tension reduce stress and promote a sense of harmony from within.

Please join us for a relaxing healing event with ‘Self Reflection’ themed music sound bowls and a special apperance by other sound instruments.

Price is $20 per session. Limited yoga mats and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
