Please join us and experience how to rekindle your inner light and let it grow brighter and stronger as the days grow longer. Enjoy a relaxing hour of meditation infused with music and the sounds of the Root Chakra Crystal sound bowl.
Price is $20 per session. Limited yoga mats and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
