When the crystal bowls are played their pure tones profoundly affect the body at a cellular level as our tissues cells and organs share the same crystalline structure. 

During this gentle immersion we will also set a powerful healing intention amplified by a crystal grid altar to deepen the energy of the experience. Rest assured this is a serene session—no gongs will be used.
