Crochet Class

When adult life gets busy, it's so important to have hobbies to engage in and let your mind relax. Hobbies are especially beneficial for neurodivergent people because we often need extra rest to avoid becoming burnt out.

As an autistic person myself, crocheting helps me to stim and self-regulate, and then I'm left with a pretty top or cuddly toy at the end of it.

This class will take you through the crochet basics which you will need for any project. All yarn and hooks will be provided.

If you are an experienced crocheter and wish to come along, you are more than welcome to come and continue with ongoing projects, or use the yarn provided to make whatever you fancy.
