About this Event
MIKE MILLIGAN & MIKEY MILLIGAN – LAD & DAD
For the first time ever, seasoned pro Mike Milligan joins forces with his rising-star son Mikey Milligan for a full hour of stand-up — and it’s happening at the North Shields Comedy Festival.
Mike brings 30 years of razor-sharp circuit experience, with credits spanning top UK clubs like The Comedy Store, The Stand, and The Glee Club, plus international stages and major support tours. Expect polished, high-quality stand-up from a comic described as a “top northern stand-up” (Sunday Times Culture).
Mikey, just 20, is already making serious waves as a newcomer making a bunch of competition finals, he delivers fearless, original comedy through a brilliantly distinctive autistic perspective — blending surreal observations, sharp timing, and big laughs that have been winning over audiences across the UK.
Together, this is more than just a comedy show — it’s a unique, hilarious generational clash, packed with sharp wit, fresh voices, and proper laugh-out-loud moments.
