Breath and Womb Wisdom Retreat

This is a half-day immersive retreat where you will be gently guided home to the sacred intelligence of your womb space through breath, somatic alchemy, and sisterhood.

Together, we will honour all that is asking to be felt, activated, released, and reclaimed.

Through conscious breath, sound, movement, and ceremony, I was guided into layers of healing I never imagined possible.
