This will be a relaxing session. We will meditate as well as explore your long and short term goals. We will embrace an artistic journey to make your vision board!

This session is lead by Sheyenne Davis, a mental health clinician serving the Hayward Tri-City area. Come with an open mind, be ready to explore, and maybe even engage in little self care!
