About this Event
Take time at the end of your week for self-reflection. Together in a supportive group, we will journal using guided prompts to help process life events, imagine potential futures, and remember moments of magic. No writing experience is required.
Journaling is a great way to process our busy lives. Whether you want to think through difficult experiences you’ve had, remember good times, or set goals for yourself, the act of slow writing can both help cement these ideas and give you a tangible object to look back on in the future. Each session will include time to chat with our supportive group about writing practices and anything that came up through the prompts. These are drop-in sessions, so feel free to come to one or all of the weeks.
The Upstairs Studio is NOT fully accessible. All the other rooms at the ground floor (and the garden) are fully accessible; this includes the Library where these sessions will be held.
We suggest a donation between £10 and £50. Donations are key for the Salisbury Centre to continue its work and to support the facilitators. If you are struggling to make ends meet at the moment, feel free to book a free ticket.
