UTC-07:00Location
240 S Glenwood St, Fl 2nd, Jackson, WY, United States, Wyoming 83001 | Jackson, WY
Taught by Sarah Hemphill, Dancers’ Workshop staff member and certified Pilates instructor, this class draws from the Moving Through Parkinson’s modality developed by the Center for Healthy Aging at Colorado State University. While originally designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease, the class is also appropriate for those with other mobility limitations, including multiple sclerosis, Huntington’s, or general age-related mobility changes.
Each week introduces new movement ideas while revisiting and deepening previous skills, supporting both continuity and confidence. All movement is adaptable, and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace in a supportive, welcoming environment.
