Create and Flow Workshop

This workshop is for you if you’re interested in setting intentions for 2025 outside of the pressures of capitalist and social media-fueled New Year's resolutions. Join us in a time of creativity and flow for re-orienting to your intuition. In this sacred space, we will guide you in creating a tangible representation of your heart’s desires as we create vision boards together, followed by gentle movement and flow to further embody the hopes for the year ahead.

About the Facilitators

Jess Adam leads gentle and restorative yoga practices as a yoga teacher and has been in practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2019. Jess enjoys getting to be in groups with others and providing space for others to connect and be seen.

Kayla Berninghaus supports others in connecting with creativity and aliveness. Now a Board Certified Art Therapist and Professional Counselor based in Portland, Maine, Kayla has facilitated clinical and community-based art therapy since 2018.
