In advance of the workshop

To get the most out of this session, you’ll need to do the following preparation prior to attending:
Complete market research on your two main competitors: Analyse what they are offering and how your current offer or idea compares. Ask yourself the following questions:
- Who are two of my competitors offering something similar and succeeding in my industry?
- What are their offers? Consider the title, description, method, outcome, solution, timeframe, price point, guarantees, and after-sales services.
- How are they positioned in terms of messaging and language?
- What is their sales process? Do they utilise social media, word of mouth, advertising, or other methods?
If you are a new customer to us, proir to the meeting we will send out a brief questionnaire so that you can tell us some background information on your business idea, to help us tailor the session and to confirm your business details or pre-start plans.
