We are delighted to invite you to our final Wellness Experience of 2024 where we will be focussing on how to manage the overwhelming feeling that the festive period can bring, talking burnout, guilt, triggers, depression and grief, something that many of us have suffered from or may experience during this time.

Panel Discussion

The Wellness team will be hosting a panel to share tips and how to focus on positively overcoming challenges and discuss coping mechanism ideas to support yourself, your loved ones, your teams and colleagues during the festive season.

Interactive Festive Workshop – This is all about having fun as a group

You can get involved in a Festive themed, interactive workshop that has personal meaning whilst also being hands on, entertaining and creative.
