Wine Festival is back - and you're invited!

Join us for this year's Wine Festival from Thursday 14th November to Friday 15th November, for walk-around wine tastings. Sample excellent wines from different producers, on our first floor, travelling directly from Italy for the festival! Are you in?

How does it work?

Purchase your set of tokens, and you will receive your own Eataly pouch and wine glass (to keep!) and sample red, white, and sparkling wines of your choice. When you arrive at Eataly, you’ll be handed a map outlining where you can find all wine producers and food stands.

How to join in:

1. Choose which day you would like to attend:

o Thursday 14th November: 5 pm - 10 pm (last entry 9pm)

o Friday 15th November: 5 pm - 10 pm (last entry 9pm)

2. Choose how many tokens from the below bundles:

o £30 ticket: 5 tokens

o £40 ticket: 7 tokens

o £50 ticket: 10 tokens

Please note with any one of these bundles, you will receive ONE wine glass and ONE Eataly pouch to take home. To sample the wines each individual must purchase one of these bundles first.

How many tokens do I need?

Here's a breakdown of how you can spend tokens.

1 token can get you:

• A single wine tasting (75ml)

2 tokens can get you:

• A premium wine tasting (75ml)

Can't get enough of wine? Purchase more tokens on the day from our info point at £5 per extra single token.

Entry:

You can join the festival anytime between 5 pm and 9 pm. The last entry is at 9 pm, and all wine stations will close at 10 pm. Welcome desk will close at 9 pm. Please have a printed or electronic copy of your ticket QR code for our team to scan on arrival.

IMPORTANT:

Ticket sales close online 2 hours before each event day. However, we welcome walk-ins across Thursday and Friday whilst tickets remain available. Due to demand, some wines may finish during the festival.

Please note this festival is wine-only. Tokens cannot be exchanged for food.

T&Cs:

Tickets are non-refundable; however, tickets can be transferred to another name or alternative wine festival session among the two dates, if needed. The last entry across the festival is at 9 pm. Tokens are non-refundable and can only be redeemed at the Wine Festival. Extra tokens are available for purchase on the day.
