CRAFT GARDEN TOUR

HCCC’s Craft Garden is home to nearly 100 plant species, each cultivated for craft. Spanning the fabric of human existence, craft is an active dialogue with living materials. String, baskets, textiles, dye, pigment, paper—all are made with plants!
Learn more about the flora of this unique urban ecosystem at Craft Garden Tours, facilitated by volunteer gardener and former resident artist Molly Koehn (mah-lee kayn). Garden Tours are held quarterly, highlighting each season’s growth and changes.
Molly also coordinates 'garden gatherings,' community-based learning sessions held on the last Saturday of the month (except December) at 10:30 AM in the Craft Garden.
