Cook The Book: The Comfortable Kitchen

For ages 18 & up

Invest a little time in learning to make these approachable recipes that are not only inspired by healthy eating but can be assembled quickly on busy weeknights - from an appetizer, to a light and healthy salad, to a main course that will become a family favorite - all topped off by a cookie with a crisp edge and soft, chewy center. You'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts at the end of class. 

For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket.

21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal. 

You'll be cooking from  Alex Snodgrass' cookbook, The Comfortable Kitchen.  (Alex Snodgrass will not be in class.)

• Little Gem Salad with Lemon Dressing

• One-Pot Beef Stroganoff

• Almond Butter Cookies

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
