Warm-up your kiddo's winter with this cozy Cat Yoga session! Geared for kids to stretch, snuggle and find their calm with cuddly kitties.
This winter, treat your pre-teen or teen to the gift of relaxation and joy! Our January “Cozy Comforts Cat Yoga” session is all about self-care, comfort, and rest. This isn’t just a yoga class—it’s a gentle, uplifting experience that blends the soothing benefits of yoga with the calming, purring presence of our friendly resident cats.
Led by a certified instructor, your child will move through a warm, cozy-themed flow of playful poses and finish with a peaceful guided meditation. After yoga, they’ll enjoy 30 minutes of free time to cuddle, play, and connect with our adorable, adoptable kitties.

Our certified instructor leads a fun & gentle “Cozy Comforts” themed yoga practice suitable for all levels.
