A very big welcome to the newcomers to this exciting and uplifting event. AND a very big welcome back to our regular attenders. After a brief summer break we are restarting this series once again for your benefit and delight! The various sessions are based on Biodanza (from the Greek bio [life] and Spanish danza [dance]). Biodanza is a self-development system created by Chilean anthropologist Rolando Toro Araneda in the 1960s. It uses music, movement, and group interaction  to improve self-awareness, emotional expression, and well-being. It is often described as "The Dance of Life".

  • Come and join our class; a magical fusion of dance, meditation and self expression
  • Connect with yourself and others in a welcoming space
  • Unleash your joy and have fun!
  • Any age and any abilities
  • No steps to learn - full easy-to-follow guidance given
  • Let's dance, connect and grow in a safe and supportive environment
  • Led by retired NHS Nurse, Gail Stewart; 20+ years experience as a trained Biodanza leader and practitioner
  • £5; 11⁄4  hour session
  • Free parking available on site
  • “There are shortcuts to happiness, and dancing is one of them.” —Vicki Baum, 20th century Austrian writer - (Worth remembering and putting into practice!)
  • Reserve your spot. To book or if you have any queries, please ring or text Gail Stewart on 07726 360584 or email her at [email protected]
  • We look forward to being and sharing with you. Thank you.
  • PS.. and Yes, YOU can do it!

Dancing can improve your cardiovascular health, build strength, and enhance flexibility while simultaneously releasing endorphins that reduce stress and elevate mood. It also engages the brain, boosting memory and cognitive function through spatial awareness and movement coordination. These are  surely great reasons to, at least, give it a try!
