After our well attended event in September......we return for another cosmic sonic event using the powerful sounds of the Gongs, Handpans, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Temple Blocks, Ocean Drums, Rainstick and more. These instruments can help to retune and balance our system with their vibrational harmonic qualities. It is our intention to bring a sense of peace, upliftment and positivity to all who attend. The sound session will be running for approx. an hour and a quarter and there will be the option for you to have a cuppa afterwards to help ground yourself and anchor you back on planet earth.

This clean, warm and well-maintained venue has a wooden floor so please bring something comfortable to lie on such as a camping mat or a thick yoga mat. Also we suggest you bring a cover such as a blanket or shawl to help keep yourself comfortable, an eye mask is also a good idea, as well as anything else to help ensure that you will be as comfortable as possible (cushions / pillow etc.) Also… try to arrive with no expectations and with an open mind.
The sounds created during the session and their vibrational qualities can have various effects depending on where you currently are on your life’s journey. These sounds and vibrations produced by our instruments may help to reduce anxiety, stress and depression, increase focus and clarity, improve sleep patterns, relax tired muscles and assist in bringing about an overall state of balance and harmony.
PLEASE NOTE: this vibrational therapy is not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy and is also contraindicated for those with epilepsy, metal implants, tinnitus, heart conditions or severe mental health issues. Chairs are also available to sit on if any participants prefer to sit rather than lie on the floor. During the sound relaxation, one may have many experiences and on many different levels ranging from the physical and mental to the psychic, emotional and energetic.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session so you have time to settle into the space but not much earlier because we will be setting up the instruments.
Parking available in the cattle market car park on Newmarket (a short walk from the hall) or free parking on a Sunday at the Co-Op in the centre of town.
