The cosmos moves in rhythms of remarkable balance. The stars, planets, moon, and Earth are all part of an unfolding cycle of movement, renewal, and expansion. We are no different.

Our bodies, minds, and lives move through cycles as well, yet we often forget the value of allowing, receiving, and simply being present with where we are.

Sound offers a way to reconnect.

As the sound vibrations move through the body, it invites us into a deeper state of surrender, awareness, and connection to ourselves. In this space of stillness and presence, we become more receptive to clarity, insight, creativity, and renewal.

This evening is an opportunity to align with the deeper rhythms that exist within and all around you. This time allows for deep restoration, perspectives on life, and a more grounded connection to what's important to us, our life, and to the vast intelligence that moves through us at all times.

We end the session with a short meditation.
