A name taken from a powerful waterfall in South Iceland — and a sound that carries both weight and flow.
Dynkur (Þórður Arnarson) has spent over two decades moving between Reykjavík, London, and Berlin as a musician, DJ, sound engineer, and instrument builder. His formative years were rooted in obsessive record listening, crafting mixtapes, and discovering the transformative power of dance floors.
With a debut EP Tschüss and deep ties to Berlin’s techno continuum, his live performances balance precision and atmosphere - structured yet spacious, restrained yet emotionally resonant.
