After completing Level 1, we open the next stage of the journey for those who feel called to deepen their practice and understanding of breath as a pathway to healing, vitality, presence, and awakening.

Drawing from the fundamentals of healthy breathing, somatic breathwork, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and Non-Dual Tantra (Shiva-Shakti), this training offers a practical and transformative path toward greater vitality, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and spiritual awakening.

Through guided practice, study, discussion, and personal integration, participants will learn how conscious breathing can help regulate the nervous system, release stress, increase energy, improve emotional wellbeing, and support a more peaceful, vibrant, and fulfilling life.

Stress Reduction and Nervous System Regulation

Deep Relaxation and Healing

Weekly Integration Classes

Participants are invited to attend weekly Tuesday and Thursday classes to support integration and ongoing practice.


Home Practice

Students are encouraged to engage in:

  • 20–60 minutes of daily practice
  • 3–5 hours of weekly study, reflection, and integration

Participants will receive recommended texts and study materials, including selections from:

  • Prana and Pranayama
  • Prana Vidya
  • Life Force
  • Breath
  • Yoga Nidra

Additional handouts and resources will be provided throughout the training.

  • Graduates of Level 1 Breathwork Training
  • Students who have completed a 21- or 28-day breathing process

Born in a small village in the Himalayas, Mahendra has been sharing yoga, breathwork, meditation, conscious living, and wellness practices for more than fifteen years. His teaching integrates Yogic wisdom, Non-Dual Tantra, Buddhist insight, and modern approaches to healing and human development.
