Join us in movement, meditation, breathwork under this pisces full moon and lunar eclipse. This full moon is the first of a set of powerful eclipses happening on the pisces and virgo axis. Eclipses can often be times of re-routing and shedding for our highest good and authenticity. Pisces is a water sign very strongly connected to our inuition and spiritual connection. In the first hour, we will delve deeper into what this eclipse cycle means for us through both embodiment and writing practices to deepen our connection to the energies, to ourselves and to others.

The second hour will be a Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey. This technique utilises the power of breath, diving deep to release tension, emotional blocks and stress while fostering harmony between body, mind, and spirit. This workshop includes a blue lotus tea ceremony (a plant that promotes a calm and focused mind), the guided breathwork journey and a relaxation period with sound healing.

We’ll close the session with a listening circle to integrate the experience. Embrace this opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and step into a more authentic, aligned version of yourself. Spaces are limited to 10 participants. Secure your spot by completing the booking form. We provide yoga mats, bolsters and blankets. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask, journal and pen. Please avoid heavy meals two hours before the workshop.

We provide yoga mats, bolsters and blankets. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask, journal, pen and some water. If you would liek to, bring anything you wish to place on the altar (flowers, fruit and vegetables, crystals...)
