About this Event
Learn fun, easy to sing Italian songs with award-winning Swiss-Italian singer Iris Moné. We’ll sing together songs by Ricchi e Poveri, Raffaella Carrá, and Jovanotti. The exact songs will be a suprise shared on the spot. We will all participate in this no-pressure choir, sharing the joy of singing together.
Iris is an expert teacher and will guide this group through a wonderful experience, perfect for both adults and kids 9+. No need to be able to sing or speak Italian. Words will be projected on a large screen, and Iris will be our maestra.
When you sing in another language, something releases and a new kind of joy emerges. Singing is a wonderful tool for kids who are learning Italian too. If Italian is your first language, there's something magical about reconnecting with songs that might be familiar through your own voice in this context, and with fellow singers.
All are welcome! Tutt* benvenut*!
Carnevale dolci will follow. Given it is Carnevale, if you are inspired, please feel free to dress up!
Kids 9 and up, accompanied by their parents, are welcome and come free!
