- Teams of 4 will compete in three areas including cardio endurance, weight training, and functional fitness.
- Only one of the competitors on each team needs to be a CORE member.
- Teams will compete in 1 of 5 heats.
- The Team Captain (must be a CORE member) will reserve a single ticket for the whole team.
