About this Event

HolisTech Wellness Center and Fusion Bodywork and Wellness have joined forces for this exciting workshop. Up to 25 to 39% of the population experiences back pain, and it is reported that 80% experience some form of spinal pain at some point in their lives. Modern living has weakened spinal health. Learn how pilates, facial stretch therapy, Ayurveda, and biohacking therapies can help strengthen and support spinal health and recovery.
