Join us for a Core & Pelvic Floor Workshop that will give you the knowledge and tools every woman deserves. You’ll learn why issues like leaking, pain, or core weakness are never “just normal” and how the core and pelvic floor work together to support your body through every stage of life. We’ll cover simple, practical strategies you can start using right away — whether in yoga, fitness, or daily life. This workshop is part information and part interactive, and we’ll end with gentle yoga poses to help you integrate what you’ve learned, leaving you feeling strong, supported, and empowered. Please bring your own mat.The workshop will be led by Dr. Monica Frydach of Moving Like A Mother Physical Therapy and Wellness in Germantown, a women’s health and pelvic floor specialist. $30
