Return To Flow: Reiki & Sound Meditation

🌊 A 90-minute evening to drop into your body, soften your edges, and let go of the mental noise.

Expect simple movement, breath, and guided meditation, followed by a sound-supported Reiki journey to help you clear what’s heavy and feel more like yourself again.

🌊 Stephanie will be offering intuitive Reiki while Angela holds the space with intentional sound, using crystal bowls, chimes, vocal channeling, and other instruments to support deep rest and nervous system regulation.

🌊 Reiki works on the energetic body, but energy is connected to everything. It influences how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. When we bring balance to the energetic layer, we support the whole system. Sound deepens this process by calming the mind and helping the body feel safe enough to fully receive.
