Located at 9600 West Atlantic Avenue, Casa San Carlos offers the perfect setting for this retreat. Surrounded by nature and beautiful gardens, you'll find tranquility and plenty of time for self-reflection. Enjoy 3 delicious vegetarian meals prepared in-house by a professional chef.

Throughout the retreat, experienced mindfulness teachers will guide you through various meditation practices, mindful movement sessions, sound healing, loving-kindness and insightful Dharma Talks. You'll learn valuable ways to enhance your mindfulness practice and cultivate a sense of presence in your daily life.

This event is facillitated by Cindy Ricardo, LMHC, a Certifed Mindfulness and Gentle Yoga Instructor, and Piero Falci, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Certified Teacher. To learn more about the teachers please click on their links above.

Please note that this retreat is led by a Senior Certified MBSR Teacher (Piero Falci) and the 3 day retreat qualifies as one of the prerequisites for MBSR, MBCT, MBRPT, and Mindful Self-Compassion Mindfulness Teacher Training.

Info: Meditation Periods of 30 mins., alternating seated, and walking meditation, with one period of instruction during the morning session. 1st session goes from 7am -12:30pm (Breakfast 7:30am-8:30am and Lunch 12:30-1:30pm). 2nd session goes from 1:30pm - 5:30pm. Dinner is from 5:30 - 6:30pm. 3rd Session is an end of the day Dharma Talk and meditation, from 7:30pm - 8:30pm. For those attending 1 Day of practice the day starts at 7am and ends at 8:30pm. 3 Days, session begins Friday 12:30pm to Sunday 12:30pm.
