Start your week off right and join us in person for a refreshing blend of Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, and Sound Meditation in Ocean Beach.

Please note we are on the sand/ in front of Wonderland.

The flow begins with a quick yoga warm-up to open the body and build heat, followed by a Pilates-inspired sculpt sequence focused on strength, tone, and confidence. We’ll then transition into calming yin yoga stretches to slow the nervous system and release tension.

To close, you’ll be guided through intentional breathwork and a guided meditation, followed by a chakra-focused sound bath centered on the sacral and heart chakra for release and activation. We’ll finish with journaling and reflection so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

This session is all about moving, breathing, and relaxing with a playful vibe (focusing on your inner child). Perfect for anyone looking to recharge their body and mind in a fun, welcoming space. This class is designed to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself as the sun sets over the ocean.

All levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered.

✨ Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a light layer. You’re welcome to bring a blanket or pillow to get comfortable during the meditation and sound bath, and your journal if you’d like.
