Damali Beautiful Vision CIC in collaboration with Community Sauna Baths Hackney Wellness Day is a space for Black Global Majority Community members, navigating suddden loss, who may not otherwise have access to a sauna to come and treat themselves to a time of rejuvenation and relaxation. Tap into the wonders and wellbeing of a sauna space as a complimentary gift. And take a break from your busy schedule and unwind

All you need to do is sign up and we will email you a specific code to join us on the day.

Things you need to bring on the day:

A bottle of water or two

Swim Wear

Flip Flops( Water Proof slipper

Swimming Hat or scarf wrap optional

Plastic bag for wet stuff after sauna

2-3 Towels (You're going to need a dry towel after your shower)

1-2 Padlocks to keep your belongings in a locker

A Snack (You may feel very hungry after the sauna)

Any Medic*tion that you generally take and or need

Body Cream

A small Shower Gel (The sauna usually provides this)

A pin or key ring to keep your padlock keys with you
