A DBT skill building workshop focused on cultivating confidence for your upcoming semester and beyond!

Coming this summer - skills for a successful year! High school teens, college students, and young adults are invited to level up your emotional well-being and self-care skills. We'll help you be prepared for whatever comes your way, build satisfying relationships, balance self-care with academic achievement, and all around get the most out of life.

A 4 day, 16-hour DBT skills bootcamp on August 3rd - August 6th 2026.

Participants will also receive an official DBT workbook, a self-soothe mindfulness kit, snacks and beverages.
