Watch Your Six: 2 Week Fruit and Veggie Challenge

Welcome to our self-tracking event where we challenge you to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet for two weeks! Are you ready to take on the challenge and improve your health? Track your fruit and vegetable intake for two weeks with the goal to increase as you go and hit the recommended amount of 3 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables each day. Join us for tips, recipes, and motivation to help you succeed. Let's work together to watch our six and make healthier choices. Are you in?!

*Sign up the whole family for a chance to win and build a healthy lifestyle together! At the end turn in your trackers to be entered into our opportunity drawing and a chance to win a prize (max 4 entries per houshold) Download and print your track to complete manually and turn in at MCCS MCRD Fitness Center.
