Daily Kundalini yoga & meditation practice is known as a Sadhana. We will be practicing the Kundalini kriya for Green Energy & Opportunity to attract prosperity and abundance. Green is the color of the heart chakra and when we vibrate at the frequency of the heart center we open ourselves up to self-love, compassion for others and we begin to see opportunities we otherwise might not recognize.
For maximum benefit, we will be practicing this kriya and meditation every day for 40 days. It takes 40 days to break a habit or pattern and begin to clear the pathway for abundance to flow and miracles to happen. Furthermore, we will be practicing in a group setting which will amplify the energy and projection of your manifestation. This will truly be a transformative experience!
