✨ Join us for the fifth session of our transformative Chakra Yoga Series, held this time on the first weekend of the month.
Each class explores one of the seven main chakras through a nourishing blend of yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection.
This time, we open into the Throat Chakra – the energy centre of communication, truth, authenticity, and self-expression.
In this 90-minute practice, we’ll release tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw, while awakening the voice within. You’ll be guided through mindful flows, soothing stretches, and breath practices that help clear blockages and invite freedom of expression. We’ll close with a deeply restorative meditation bathed in the healing blue light of the throat, inviting you to connect with your inner truth and speak from the heart. 💙
✨ Due to high demand, we’re offering two sessions:
