The workshop will include:

- how to make, maintain and use a sourdough starter

- the benefits of sourdough baking

- a simple all-purpose dough suitable for an overnight bread system

Includes lunch and refreshments – Suitable for beginners and enthusiasts.

This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and includes lunch and dough to take away
