Join us for sauerkraut making and an interactive workshop on gut health and probiotic foods.
About this Event

Learn the fundamentals of gut health and the importance of probiotic foods and the healthfull proerties of lacto-fermentation. Together we will prepare and share a mega batch batch of super immune boosting, probiotic sauerkraut.

We'll also cook and eat a delicious seasonal meal together.
