Cooking for Carers Lewes - Gut Health, Probiotics and Sauerkraut

Learn the fundamentals of gut health and the importance of probiotic foods and the healthfull proerties of lacto-fermentation. Together we will prepare and share a mega batch batch of super immune boosting, probiotic sauerkraut.

We'll also cook and eat a delicious seasonal meal together.
