What You’ll Do

Join Chef Lanie at Commellini Estate for a hands-on cooking class dedicated to mastering gluten-free gnocchi. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to transform simple ingredients into light, tender gnocchi while working with gluten-free techniques that maintain the classic texture and flavor of this beloved Italian dish.

Chef Lanie will guide you step by step through the process of preparing gluten-free potato gnocchi from scratch, demonstrating key techniques for mixing, rolling, shaping, and cooking the pasta. After the demonstration, you will roll up your sleeves and create your own batch of gnocchi.

Once the gnocchi are finished, you will enjoy them paired with your choice of Commellini Estate’s signature sauces. The evening concludes with a shared meal inside the historic Commellini Estate Main Venue, where guests can relax and enjoy the dishes they created.

• You will receive a recipe card to take home so you can recreate the experience.
• Beverages will be available for purchase.
• All necessary kitchen equipment and ingredients will be provided by Commellini Estate.

What to Expect:

• Hands-On Experience: This class is approximately 75% hands-on and you will be actively participating in creating gnocchi.
• Beginner-Friendly: Whether you're new to cooking or looking to sharpen your skills, Chef Lanie will make you feel at ease throughout the class.
• Interactive Learning: Work alongside fellow participants and Chef Lanie, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn new techniques.
• Time Commitment: The entire class, including mealtime, is approximately 3 hours.
