In this exciting hands-on workshop, you will learn the art of making gnocchi, two scratch-made classic Italian sauces, and Pesto Sauce with a twist! Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into a hands-on experience that will leave you feeling like an Italian chef!Jamie will demonstrate a simple Marinara and an Alfredo Sauce that starts with a basic Béchamel. You’ll get your hands dirty and create delicious Zucchini Pesto and soft, pillowy Gnocchi to pair perfectly with all three sauces.
From sautéing, simmering, kneading and rolling, this workshop will provide you with the skills and techniques needed to become a gnocchi know-it-all. This class is great for beginners, Instructor Jamie will ensure you feel at ease throughout the class, and answer any questions you may have!
