This conversation café is a welcoming space for parents and carers who are supporting their child or young person with mental health problems. Held at The Nook, it offers a relaxed, informal setting to meet others who understand, share experiences, and talk openly without judgement or pressure. You’re welcome to listen, speak, or simply enjoy a cup of tea in a calm, supportive environment. The Nook is a safe, friendly community space where connection, understanding, and peer support come first—you don’t need to have all the answers, just come as you are!
