About this Event

Set inside the Kibble Palace within the South Wing room, participants get the chance to relax and enjoy the surroundings whilst doing their own bodies a real favour. The exercises carried out are not intimidating but are all to do with lengthening and strengthening.

I provide mats if you do not have and you just need to bring yourself! : )
